Have you ever needed a box for something and never could find the right size? Wouldn't it be nice if there was a data base listing every box by size and which product it corresponds to? All you'd have to do is punch in the dimensions of the box you want and then the data base would tell you which product comes in that box. Then you'd go to the place that has that specific product and ask them when they unpack the products so you can have the box. That would be sweet!

I'll have what he's having please. That must be some really good [censored] dude. lol...

OP must have just finished moving apartment and had a few too many beers with his friends who helped him with all his boxes.

Amazon seems to have this. There's an alphanumeric code on the inner flaps of their boxes. Not working there, I'm going to assume this is its purpose.

/ oh wait this isn't serious?

More important is to how to stack your marbles in the box. CPH, or only simple cubic ?

BCC, or FCC ?

Using simple cubic, your box will be larger and more impressive, but the weight of the complete package will reveal the smaller number of marbles within.

Of course such a thing would be nice. Why not start it as an open-source, user made, volunteer-based website?

Kind of like the websites that report gas prices.

Re-use would be great, but an exact tight fit doesnt seem like the most important thing in the world...

We have many discarded WB Mason Paper ream boxes at work that are great for moving - handle ports and everything. No, you cant have them

thanks merk, for yet another odd thread topic. we're not the only ones that laugh at your thread topics.several posters are commenting about you taking some form of drug.
the thread in which you state that you saw a car with the a/c on, but nobody inside, is really funny. the twenty somethings with beards that aggrevate you to no end is a classic. now, the cardboard box national registry. wow.
where do come up with these ideas? (rhetorical question) your threads are just as funny as pop's and antique's threads/posts.
again, thank you for our morning laugh. have a good day.
