Car destroyed, need advice on getting satisfaction

I know nothing much about Pennsylvania collections practice and issues, but it seems to me that you would need to use a Pennsylvania court in the county where the property is likely to be located, and once you get a judgement from the court, use the Sheriff or its equivalent to enforce the judgement.

Some time with a Pennsylvania lawyer on a consultation basis should help you decide whether it is worth your time, effort and money to do this.

Your insurance company needs to really improve their customer service. Good luck! I've always loved the 123 series Benz. We had a 77 280E. I can't find any 280Es in the 123 anymore!
