cannot post pics HELP!

I want to upload pics but cannot find the "File Manager" link referred to in the FAQ. I created a new thread with a title but still nothing. I searched for threads regarding my Issue but cannot find any answers. How do you post pics??

Upload to photobucket or some other photo sharing site, then link in you post here using the "img" tag.

Yeah, there is no file manager. Whatever faq u found is incorrect. Gotta use an external image hosting service.
