yes, my grammer was incorrect. lol. The only thing holding me back from running a "taller" filter on my toyota is i'm worried at idle the pump won't keep up with the larger filter. But the engineering side of me says... it has to. It might take longer to "fill", but once it's filled the pump shouldn't notice a difference. and yes, if I do notice a lower PSI then it's flowing more. b/c my sending unit is inbetween the pump and filter. but yet on the older toyotas they call for MUCH larger filter, but then in the late 80's they switched to most toyotas using this "small" filter. b/c my 1984 2.8L 6cyl Supra calls for a HUGE filter stock. but the later supras call for a smaller filter b/c of fitment issues. and most companies stopped making that old larger filter, so they'll call for the new small one. Eh, screw it. if I can fit it... i'll run it.
