Can I ... transfer case ...

can I use Synthetic 75w90 GL5 in place of GL5 SAE 80 in a transfer case ( Outlander 2019) ? Its much more easier to find in my area ?

I used Valvoline 75W90 in my 2014 Outlander transfer case. No issues.

Interesting, I thought they would use the same OEM DiaQueen SAE90 as the evo, since the transfer case is essentially the same. (I only say that because DiaQueen is the only recommended fluid for the tcase in the evo.)
