Hey Trav, Me again. I figured if anyone knew the answer to my question if would be you.
Long story short my automatic headlights intermittently stopped working. It seems to work when there's little light outside. I originally suspected a relay, especially since the part number for said relay comes back to a trailblazer and parts store places say it doesn't fit my car. However a local shop told me not to throw relays at and said they suspected either the ambient light sensor or the headlight switch assembly itself.
I was going to replace the sensor first since It was the cheapest, and from watching videos online and looking at my dashboard it appears that I can pop the defrost vent loose and access the sensor from there if I'm not mistaken.
Please don't tell me I have to remove the whole dashboard.
