By- pass pressure for the new ST 3980 ecore filter?

I was just wondering what the by-pass pressure is on the new ecore 3980, vs. the by-pass pressure on my 88 chevy TBI 350, that has the By-pass bilt in the block ( i do not even know what that By-pass presssure is on the block ) just wondering
