Nope no Ultra yet but they do make a tough guard

The Tough Guard will be good, it has a 99% efficiency rating at 20 microns versus the Ultra which has an efficiency rating of 99.9% at 20 microns. The Encore will be fine with the TG.

Who makes the AC Delco filter?

Some of them are made by the the OE Euro car filter manufactures.

The OE ACDelco PF2257G is the Hengst E611H. Hengst makes good filters

The Mann HU 612/2x is also a good filter.
