Agreed 100%. It's hard to beat the original and how culturally shocking yet intriguing it was for the time period. Basically watching it and Seven the first time really whacked my gourd!

Silence of the Lambs was my favorite. Manhunter was good though. Red Dragon was decent.

The only one I liked was Hannibal. Fun little trivia: the song playing in his basement is "Goodbye Horses" by Q Lazzarus. That Greenskeepers song is still hilarious.
