MPG was between 23-28. I have M1 5w40 Truck and Turbo Diesel in now. The car was a little rougher than anything before on the M1, but turbo engagement and power appeared to be unchanged. MPG was down briefly too. The car smoothed out after about 800 miles on this oil and MPG has retruned to previous figures. I would like to note that the new Shell V Power with Nitrogen had smoothed the engine down quite a bit prior to the M1 install and MPG went up about 8%. Enjoy all
