If it is a track owner not associated with Bruton Smith or ISC.... That would be very, very helpful.

NASCAR was way, way, way better when tracks were independently owned...

Those track owners had a good understanding what helped bring people in and what brought them back. Thus why you see what you see on old NASCAR races... Lots of regular people in the infields.
