I'm looking to buy a brake bleeder kit that would be able to do both brakes and clutch on a 2005 CR-V. I'm interested in hopefully getting a Motive or else Speedi-Bleed but am not sure which one would be best to cover both. Bonus if there's something that will also handle other vehicles or allow me to get adapters.....

I'm going with a Speedi-Bleed. I've seen quite a few positive comments on Bitog for this and when I emailed them, they got back to me with helpful info and helped me come up with a custom solution to work for the CRV clutch reservoir, which they don't actually have parts for. Definitely happy to reward a company that's responsive and helpful.....

Have them retrofit for usage with shop air.

I picked up a brake bleeding kit from harbor freight that came with a bottle, line a second bottle that new fluid goes into and adaptors

I saw your post when I was researching. 👌I didn't ask for anything specific on the order but this is something I'll do myself in the future. This is on the way and should be here tomorrow. His suggestion for working with the clutch reservoir was to grab an extra cap and he would send all the adapters and pieces, o-ring, etc....that I need. He threw that in the box when i ordered the kit - great service compared to the usual.....which for most companies would generally be no response.

I highly recommend Speedi-Bleed. I also found that they were very responsive when I called to ask some questions before I bought. I bought the big kit and he threw in some extra stuff for me and upgraded one of the hoses. Everything is well made.

So I got the Speed-Bleed Pro kit with the C900 Honda adapter. I discussed with the guy at Speed-Bleed who replied to my email and his suggestion for the clutch hydraulics (which they don't have an adapter for) was to grab a spare cap, drill a 7/16" hole in it, and he would send an extra adapter, copper washers, and a couple of o-rings. Today was the day so I put the custom cap/adapter together and got set up. It took me about 30 minutes to remove a bunch of stuff in the engine bay to get room and be able to reach the slave cylinder bleeder. Once I connected everything, about 15 seconds of pressure bleeding took care of what I had been unable to do manually.

I'll attach some pics of the setup....it's made of decent quality components but as The Critic said above, I'll set this up to use a compressor sometime, particularly since I have a lot of spare air hose already.

Did you use any of the O-rings for the clutch part? What size and where if you did? Did the copper washers seal OK even with the printing on the cap or the inside one took care of that?

I'd like to do that with my Accord to flush/bleed that better.

The copper washers sealed properly - not sure if it was one or both that helped. If it came down to it you could grind off any raised bits on the cap. I think it could also stand to have some thread sealant of some sort but I didn't need it. There was an O-ring I used in the cap for the clutch master reservoir - 31.8mm and 33.5mm were sent to me... both are about 5 mm thick. I used the slightly larger one.

It all worked well and was easy to set up.
