10w-30 would be a good choice. I think GM specs 5w-30.

I have a stash of Red Line 0w-10 leftover from when we switched a friend's car over to LAT 0w-5 last year. I'm thinking if I go back to a 30 grade, given the use of the engine, the extra expense of the Dominator race oil probably isn't needed. I'm considering mixing 4 quarts of Shell Rotella T5 10w-30 with 1 quart of Red Line Racing 0w-10 to get a thin 10w-30 loaded with anti-wear and friction modifier.

What that mixture should come out looking like.
