Bosch Oil Filters

Anyone have a problem with Bosch oil filters? Don't get me started on their #@$%! plugs, but I have researched and it seems their filters are great. I haven't seen any Puralators in any stores, or if I did, I'd get those as they seem to get the best ratings.

I had been using Fram... but everyone on here and other places say Fram sucks. So what that Fram is all my Stealth has ever seen for 190,000 miles?

So, now I have went to Bosch for everything. They advertise a lot of filtering area.

What is the general consensus around here about Bosch filters? I use them with Castrol GTX 10w-30 changing the oil around every 3500 miles in all my and my family's cars.

I think Bosch filters are now made by Purolator, but I may be mistaken.

Indeed. They are great filters IMO. I've bitched about Purolators with sloppy threads and metals shavings in the threads here, but the Bosch's don't seem to have that problem.

Other way around guys, Bosch bought purolators filter division.
