Bombardier Ski-doo with Rotax V1000 4-tec

Hey.

Friend has that Ski doo... With what it seems an electricity problem...

Like if alternator would not be charging its battery....

Sometimes everything runs ok....Sometimes doesnt want to start....or lack power when driving....

If it is not its alternator....what else could it be?

I have googled briefly...

Loosly fited mains?
Bad earthing...?
xyz cause...?

When problem occurs.....that red lamp (not lighted on picture) @140 km/h sign flickers...

If your friends sled is 2008 or newer with the multi-function gauge, just press and hold the “MODE” button and press the headlight “HI/LOW” beam switch repeatedly; stop when the LCD display changes to a fault code display, taking note of the error code being displayed. If two or more codes are registered, use “MODE” (M) or “SET” (S) to scroll through the captured codes.
Hope that may be of help. Any issues with the battery staying charged? If so I would look into the voltage regulator, checking ground and cleaning all connections. Check voltage to battery, you should see a steady increase to the battery up to 5000 rpms.
