This analysis was dealer changed oil castrol. All other oil changes for the life of the car is with Amsoil S2000 0W30. I will take a sample at around 5,000 miles to compare. Seems like the BMW High Performance oil works better in this motor. Next analysis will tell for sure. Funny how the numbers don't lie. I want to believe Amsoil is better but the numbers say differently.
I religiously use LC & FP, LC around 8oz after ea oil change & FP 1oz for every 5gal of premium 93 octane fuel. I'm pleased with the results. In all hoenesty I can't complain, Amsoil been good, just seems BMW or Castrol is slightly better in this application. I drive about 300 miles non stop twice a week back and forth to work. I usually stay on it for the duration unless traffic slows me down, I'm talking 90-140mph. It helps to have a great RDR detector, Valentine One and to travel at night and the wee hours of the morning.
If you have any questions, I'll be pleased to respond.
Thanks!
