Bluetooth adapter (receiver) for Bose Wave Radio

Bose's bluetooth adapter seems to be unavailable.

Amazon has many that seem to be intended for cars and are rechargeable, I am looking for a good quality one that can be left plugged in and will connect using a standard AUX cord.

Any recommendations?

I have The TAO tronics and recommended it to a friened who also enjoys it on a big hifi system. It will operated when plugged in charging mode. It also can be configured as a TX or RX so it can be a BT solution to older TV or CD players that don't have BT tx.

I have two of these random ebay ones. No complaints about sound quality through them whatsoever, and they even will keep playing when the phone is downstairs, so range seems pretty good. Only complaint I personally have is I bought two identical ones, and my phone won't sync right with the second one unless I clear it from my devices because they're both the same ID or something like that.
