In the past, it was my understanding that the black label Wix filters were not to be used in any OCI‘s beyond 7500 miles. That was as of several years ago so it might have changed. I never go to 7500 and maybe the Wix can go longer than that but it could be that they provide these estimates as a safe buffer.
The same time as the oil. Do I not understand this question?
My WIX 57055 filters, for Subaru engines, are rated for UP TO 10,000 miles. That being said I will never push a Subaru engine beyond a 6000 mile OCI again if I can help it.

ah its a 2.0 jetta, I change it every 7-12 thousand miles or change it whenever I have the time do do so. I used to use purolator and penzoil oil filters and go 7k miles.2.0 what? As per Wix's website, the regular black Wix's are good for "3,750 to 10,000 miles not to exceed 12 months"
The regular Wix is supposed to be good for a factory OCI
