Black Lexus

My brother bought a black 1996 Lexus and the paint is pretty swirled. We don't have a buffer and just want to improve how it looks, doesn't need to be perfect. What about some Meguiars scratch x and a clay bar and some spray wax?

1. Clay
2. Compound (Meguiars Ultimate)
3. Polish (NuFinish)
4. Done

Wash with some car wash shampoo + APC mixed in it ( will strip the paint )
Clay using Griot's Garage Clay + ONR as lube
Wash the car again ( light concentration of shampoo ) to remove any residue
Apply Chemical Guys Black Light, allow to cure for 30 mins or so.
Remove using microfiber, allow to cure for 1 hour or so.
Apply BlackFire BlackIce Hybrid wax ( panel pot from Amazon should last a few waxes )
Remove wax, stand back and admire the end results.

What is your goal? Would you like to remove the defects or hide them?

Would you be happy with just removing the haze and the light defects, and simply making the car shiny?
