Best Way To Clean Convertible Top From algae

On my 92 saab 900 turbo convertible i am getting a algae (green) growing on my convertible top what is the safest way to get rid of this...Car is not used too much maybe 15 times in the summer..Is there a way to easily clean this???:\ Top is black

use the 303 kit with a horsehair brush then use a sealing product to keep moisture out.
