Best trans fluid for 05 sienna

Browsed the search tabs and have read the Amsoil is regarded very well. Trans has 43K on it and may have been changed but since I just took ownership I want to be certain.

Just want to ask before I change the fluid if the Amsoil is a wise choice...never know nowadays with some components requiring specific fluids, thanks for any input.

Amsoil ATF will serve you well. Use the ATF, not the ATL for this T-IV application.

Will it mix with what's left in the converter or do I need a flush? Was thinking on draining after a few hundred miles to further improve the ratio....or is this necessary?

It will mix, draining and filling is fine, but flushing with all new is best.
