I am soon starting the rinse phase of my GM 3.1 V6 and I have several oil filters in my stash. Which of the following would you guys recommend.
1) AC 47
2) AC 52 (oversize)
3) regular Purolator
4) Purolator PUREONE
5) ST 3980 (oversize)

I will be using Quaker State conventional oil for the rinse phase.
Thanks for your suggestions.

PS: I have the ST 3980 (oversize) in both the older version and the E-core. I think I've read that the e-core has better flow.

Which ever one you want to get off the shelf first, will do just fine. If the engine was extremely dirty you might want to use the biger one(s) for more dirt holding capacity.

Yep ..bigger. Anything any of them cannot trap should remain in suspension over the duration of the Auto-Rx treatment. If your engine is severely sludged, then you swap out the filter early and top off for the rest of the treatment (even pour whatever is still liquid in the filter back into the engine). I've known associates to pull a filter shortly after starting the Auto-Rx treatment to find the filter plugged. It's almost unheard of here since the engines being treated are not usually heavily sludged. My friend purchase a 197X military utility vehicle and it had mountains of the stuff inside.
