Best filter for EA113 (2.0 TFSI)?

Just want to know if anyone has any opinions about who makes the best filter for the EA113 engine? Or any other engine that uses a cartridge filter. I have used Bosch and WIX, both seem to use the same filter media but the WIX has plastic end caps on the cartridge, which probably do nothing in the real world usage.

Seems easier to find better filters when if it is a spin-on filter but sadly i dont have one if i dont do a 1.8t oil filter housing swap.

I think the white media means it uses a synthetic media. If so, synthetic media is supposedly more uniform in the micro openings vs traditional cellulose which isin't as consistent as those filters have more larger openings that don't trap wear particles quite as well.
