Folks, I know that being on the computer is nice and convenient to send a PM, or an Email etc. But really these methods of communication are unreliable.

Lately, I've had trouble, with incoming emails, especially through the Amsoil contact box that is setup on my website.

Then I get an email from someone on here, and try to reply and it bounces. Then I get blamed for not answering an email. Like how can I help if I can't help?

If you would like the best customer service. CALL ME TOLL FREE!! This will insure 100% that you have reached me, and that I am giving you the best service that I possibly can.

Now if you do send a PM or email and I can respond promptly well then there is no problem. But like I said, I've gotten lost emails, emails that are caught in the spam filter, returned emails that bounce... you name it.

With a phone call you can leave a voice mail (PLEASE DO THIS SO I CAN CALL YOU BACK) My Toll free number goes directly to my cell phone, I could either be servicing another customer, or be in an area with no reception, or have the phone off (like when I'm sleeping to doing something that requires the phone to be off)

Strange - I don't think I've had an email bounce. PM's are reliable, too (as long BITOG is up

The nice thing about these - they are written forms aof communication and very reliable for communicating stock numbers, $'s an quantities.

Cell phone is great - but when I'm working with someone else it's more of a hassle for some folks to leave a message.

Well this is the second email that I sent to this guy. He sends me a message through my amsoil contact box:
http://www.lubedealer.com/msparks/Contact.aspx

I have sent 2 replies and both of them are sent back from yahoo.

So then I would be blamed for not answering an email. When I have clearly tried to do this 2 times. At least if a phone number were included I could call.

Richard,

Thanks for the email. I replied to this before and it was sent back as non-deliverable.

You should have no problem running 10w40 unless you have very high engine oil temps or if you get a lot of fuel dilution. The only way to tell would be to do an oil analysis, after you run the oil a while.

I recommend running about 500 miles on the break-in dino oil and then you can switch right to synthetic.

Amsoil AMO 10w40 would be a great choice for this car.

I would do an analysis at the end of the 500 mile break in. Then maybe do one once a year just to be sure everything is okay. You probably don't need to change oil every year if you are running Amsoil have have low miles on the engine/oil.

Comment: Hi there, Would you please answer some questions for me about oil choices? I have a 347 stroker engine that has not been fired up yet and i need to know what oil to use after i break it in and when do you think i should put synthetic oil in it? I was told to break it in with 10w30 and then go to a 20w50 dino or synthetic. Do you know why you would got to 20w50 versus a 10w30 or 40? Could i really damage my engine by using a different weight? I was told it had to do with the clearances of the engine bearing. The car will not be driven much as it will be a garage quenn so the oil will not get heated up that often and i am concerned about the internals with condensation and so on. The stroker was built somewhat mild so i plan on driving on nice days and very very rare track use. What products would you say is right for me and when do you think i should do the blackstone thing as i am a bitog website fan?

PS richard if you are seeing this. please send me a PM or give me a call toll free 877-464-8798

I would bet that the Yahoo account has his filter set on high. When the filter sees the word 'lube", it relates it to be pornographic & kicks it out.
