Best bumper "small damage " Paint repair kit?

who makes the best order online, match paint color, spray can kit to fix my 99 maxima rubber bumper cover, which has a small very shallow gouge in it, cracked paint, not a hole. area is about 1/4 inch wide and 3 inches long but has almost no depth.
appreciate any recommendation.

It's a 1999 vehicle. There must be other scratches to match this one.
