Chickanic swears by Ethanol Shield.
I know it sounds like snake oil, but Mechanic In A Bottle really works in OPE. Even Chickanic agrees!

Just like any other product, it's hard to say something is "best" without a slew of controlled testing and objective criteria.
I will say that I've had great success over the years using Sta-Bil "red" (gasoline) additive. Properly treated, I've used fuel up to 1 year and not had carb issues in my OPE.

I've been adding what I got here and there. Mmo, b12, Chevron, gumout, stabil...
I know seafoam is a fuel stabilizer.. what about b12? Is that a fuel stabilizer or a cleaner? I only ask because it's the cheapest option. Or just dosing mmo.... keep em coming! Thanks!

berrymans is my go to for OPE. for my boat i use stabil
I use Sta-Bil Marine. I've had gas in my power washer with it added for two+ years and had no issues.
I've started using this and stopped draining, not an issue yet.

I've used both the red Sta-Bil as well as Chevron Techron High Mileage (it's also for storage treatment) in my 66 Bronco with no issues.

ethanol free fuel is an option if available. otherwise i have used these products for years in OPE and my vehicles during winter months and in between oil changes.

This stuff was designed to keep very expensive yacht and outboard motors from gumming up in environments that laugh at wherever you park your car or truck or keep your small engine equipment. Salt water. Water in fuel. High humidity near 100% year round etc.
The stuff is Gasoline GOLD.

I just use non-ethanol fuel now and haven’t had any issues

I use it too for storage. For keeping systems clean I run SI-1 during the season.
I use non-ethanol 87 gas and add a 1/4 cup per 5 gallon can of a mixture of Techron, Sta-Bil, and a light POE (47/47/6). I don't have any data to support this, just the antidotal observation that I have never had a gummed up carb in any of my OPE, even though I never drain the fuel for the winter. This past year I left my 10 year old rototiller outdoors exposed to the elements all winter, temps down to single digits, and it started this month on the first pull. And my snow blower, stored in an outdoor unheated shed, to my surprise also started on the first pull after not being drained or used for three years.
