I did not see any cam specs or spring pressure info, I may have missed it. If you want higher then SM levels of zinc and phosphorous choose an oil rated no higher then SL or CI-4+. For a synthetic 30wt/10w30 as mentioned Amsoil ACD is very good. Plenty of calcuim, phosphorous and zinc in it.

A good 5w-40 or 15w-40 rated no higher then CI-4+ would be very good as well. Something like Rotella 5w-40 or Amsoil AME 15w-40 would both be good choices. Personally I would do a couple short changes on a quality dino rated SL or CI-4+.
