If it's the same as the old one, new grease, new backing plate, and clock the body 90° so the switch is on top.
@TheLawnRanger It’s a great polisher for anyone. For $50 I'll probably pick one up. Even for someone like me who already has 5 polishers, They're great for dirty jobs like "dry" seat cleaning or vibrating the sand out of floor mats.
People rant and complain of the bauer brand polisher and yes there are way better ones out on the market, however, it works just fine. Just wear hearing protection as the whine from the motor and gear case will really bother you after a long job.
