DO NOT DO THIS. I REPEAT. DO NOT DO THIS. Been there, done that. About 20 years ago, I had a 67 Chevy and came up with the bright idea of balancing my tires with water/antifreeze. Did it, drove around, (I should say bounced around). Spent the next weekend taking my tires off the bead, cleaning out the water/antifreeze and balancing the tires properly.
