I've looked in add/ remove, did a search in comp,nothing. I've even reset homepage,nothing. How do i get rid of this?

I managed to remove it from my moms' laptop a few weeks ago. Don't remember exactly how I managed to do it, it wasn't particularly difficult however.
Google it, it can be a bit of a pain to get rid of. There are several articles written about removing it.

this babylon thing probably hitched a ride with something else you installed.you probably have other bugs too.
Rkill and then MWB in safe mode. With a follow up check by Hitman Pro.

You seem to pick up a lot of this harmful stuff. What real-time AV/malware protection are you using? Or are you just frequently visiting questionable websites?

Also are you running ANY AV/anti-malware software at all? Avast shouldn't even let this thing on the computer if using the default setup with PUP (potentially unwanted programs) enabled.

it's a FF add-on.went into add-ons and just removed it from there.No wonder it wouldn't show up in a/v.

It's still there which is why you're getting warnings in FF about redirects (that you mentioned in your recent thread in the Computers subforum).
There are registry entries you (may) have to remove as well as some files it leaves behind that are still active even after the add-on is removed.
As a first step though type about:config in the firefox address bar. Filter your search in about:config for babylon and then on each entry you find use the "reset to default" option and then restart Firefox. This should get rid of the browser redirect attempt warnings.
