Here is the "scoop" on my current auto-rx plan.
Right now i an 1200km's into a 2400 km clean phase.
Since i'm running a synthetic I might extend it by 500 km.
After I'm done cleaning I will TRY to post pictures of the filter cut-open.
Will change the oil with Pennzoil 5w30 and run rinse phase once with dino. Will follow up with a second treatment, but run the rinse phase twice, to top everything off. Then will switch to Pennzoil platnum.
Also am installing an oil pressure gauge soon, as my current one is just a light.

Off course:
Transmission will get a basic fluid change and a additive to help with one rough shift that comes occasionally switching gears. It basicly slams into the next gear jolting the car. Otherwise it is smooth.

Will be replacing spark plugs and fuel filter in the future, and I will provide picture of the sparks for everyones enjoyment.

Clean phase is way to short IMO and I've used it for years. If your not into wasting money have a rethink...s

If you go 2k miles per cycle you will have better results. New instructions are coming to reflect this. You can also use PP for everything. The synthetic oil warning is not for GIII oils like PP. PP is a very good oil and using it for clean and rinse should produce good results. Of the GIII oils PP is one of the best.

Dr No, latest update on instructions. Go 2.5k miles, and 3k miles for the rinse. These changes have been worked on and though about for quite a while. One good thing about Frank is that he tests, reports the results and responds to feedback and puts it all together to make sure customer get value for money spent.

I'm just going to push it to 3000 miles anyways, change the filter half way.
Will try to get pictures if they are worth seeing.
Rinse with Pennzoil platnum for 3000 miles aswel.
I want the max benefits out of this treatment
