Good clarification Frank. I understand this to mean that a 750 mile application is fine for lower mileage vehicles, or if you know that you have a sludged up engine. Of course, if you have a sludged up engine, then a second application, is neccesary in the next fresh oil change and filter, running this application for 1500 miles.
I think that if people would read the ARX web site more carefully, the application instructions are really quite clear.

In all the discussions that we have here, most do not realize that Auto-Rx is primarily a metal cleaner. The manner in which it cleans metal makes it suitable for many applications including automotive. It is not a oil additive, per se; but a product that can use oil as its carrier. Auto-Rx cut its teeth cleaning very expensive printing presses and doing so without downtime or disassembly. We get excited when we are able to save a $600+ teardown to clean the engine internals, but the those in the printing industry are saving six-digit amounts.

Auto-Rx Label states 750 miles as mileage needed to clean. Thats true for engines that never used synthetic oil or an oil additive only. If you have such an engine and it has over 100,000 miles you would repeat the same application.

Most engines do use synthetic oil or an oil additive and above application is not correct for them.

Go to www.auto-rx.com and click on application that is correct for your engine-miles or problems.

The Auto-Rx Guarantee is based on mutual trust.
You believe Auto-Rx will give you your desired results-we believe you will follow application instructions found on Auto-Rx Web site Engines

Auto-Rx is a metal cleaning -seal refurbishing chemistry and it will clean (in different ratio's) Transmissions (automatic-manual)-Power Steering_Differentials for these application instructions go to www.auto-rx.net
