Frank had mentioned to me the usefulness of using RX in manual transmissions. He hasn't gotten back to me with the dosage or interval for running it yet but I'd like to get people's thoughts and opinions about this.

I have a 1994 Saturn SL1 with 163,000 miles on it running with the transmission fluid that was changed at 6k miles per the maintenence schedule and is still in there. The fluid is clean and red so it doesn't "look" spent yet. I feel that it probably should be changed anyways because the shifting is not as good as it should be and I have some Synthetic Fluid to put in. The transmission holds 3.8Qt of ATF.
