Ash content in oil; Liqui Moly oil.

There is no ash in motor oil. Re-read Solarent's excellent posting and the ones that follow. The sulfated ash in the oil's specs is an artifact of the testing process. There is a very small amount of ash created when oil is burned in a combustion chamber, but millions of millions of miles on engines have shown that this is not a problem.

Or the "Representative" didnt do his home work and prematurely pulled the trigger based on lack of knowledge. Thus i dragged my butt in here to ask you nice folks for guidance.
