By looking at this product data sheet, what are the ingredients in this stuff? The only thing I can decipher is "mineral oil". Copy and paste this link in your browser (I can't get it to make a clickable link) or type in "Armor All Leather Care Protectant" in your search engine and it will come up.

It's just a Safety Data Sheet. It has mineral oil and a bunch of proprietary ingredients. The exact ingredients is considered to be a trade secret.

Turtle Wax Luxe Leather Cleaner and Conditioner:

Polydimethyl Siloxanes Neetsfoot Oil

By looking at thesis there any way to tell which is the best out of the three (Armor All,Chemical Guys, and Turtle Wax)?

That might require a chemical engineer. For the end user it will come down to results.

Oils are a good idea for plain leather but today's automobiles use bonded and coated leather. Oils will attract dust and dirt.

I've been using the Griots Leather 3 in 1 spray and I am satisfied with the results. I do use it sparingly though.

The silicone adds remind me of what a friend had happen. A bit hilarious. Had a Chevy pickup with a vinyl bench seat. Kept it in immaculate condition. One day he took Armor All and rellly worked over that bench seat until it shone! Wife got in the passenger side when they were going to the grocery store and promptly slid right out and landed on her bum! He got in even more trouble because he could not stop laughing!

Exactly! It's not required, or intended, to show all ingredients, only to give enough information for ones that could be hazardous.
