Apple dumping it's own OS for Windows?

For the average non computer savy individual, I think Macs are still for the most part easier to keep running smooth. Windows is just more prone to issues. I see it every day at work. I agrree if you have the knowledge and the time, you can keep windows running smoothly and stay productive but I don't have that kind of time.

Apple would be stupid to dump OSX. They are one of the few computer companies (hardware, at least) consistantly pulling a profit! To change their strategy now might sink that.

Good point plus as Mystic stated earlier, OS will eventually be irrelevant. Everything will be web based...
