Spotted these for sale on ebay are they different than what is currently offered in most places? This is my first time seeing these.

They are just plainified to reduce cost. They dont put on the grippy paint since a lube shop has filter wrenches galore and adds cost. They usually come in bulk packs of 6 (maybe 12 in some cases? I didnt look around too much.) The individual Boxes in OP is not something Ive seen before.

The special thing about the Fram Pro Plus is these were discontinued by Fram. What are the date codes on those? Early white can Fram Pro filters are Ecore design, if manufactured during the Frampion era.
