I want to try something like this, but I've read that balance of Nature uses Soy as a filler. Something about soy acting as a hormone disruptor. Anything else out there better?
There is nothing wrong with soy beans if you consume a moderate amount, and other beans have the same nutritional values.
How much filler are you eating from the "better than balance of nature" supplement? I'd say most likely less than a few beans worth, so don't worry about it.
