Anyone watch the eclipse last night?

We sat outside and watched it from beginning to end and back to the moon's re-appearance. It was beyond awesome!! And was a beautiful night too. Cool and breezy.

Not last night (gotts get up too early the next day!) but this is one I saw in 2014.... We were way out in the desert so there was an extra vibe of weirdness as the coyotes were howling at the moon and then suddenly stopped when the moon went dark! It was really spooky.

Went to my lady friend's place out in the sticks to view the event. With the recent improvements in my vision, this was a treat. Perfectly clear here last night after the widespread rains earlier in the day. The air was clean with a light North breeze behind a cold front. Have witnessed a few blood moon's over the years, this was the best view due to the clear clean air. Very 3Dish. Worth the effort.

It was cloudy here but a small gap in the clouds allowed me to get off a few shots. Unfortunately my 500mm lens was not cooperating so I had to use a 300mm. Came out okay.

Southern California it looked great. Easy to see and not too late. My dog would not sleep . Not sure if that is related

I was stone cold asleep, I was driving most the day and pushing it pretty hard as well. Got home and was tired.

I am sure it was beautiful.
