if we can find it at a great price, we are not unlikely to use BASF Glysantin G30 in some Cummins and International engines. Zerex G30 sold in the U.S. is exactly the same formula. It even has a Detroit-Diesel approval, so it can't be that bad at all. Though, some input from BITOG members would be desired, thanks.
Has any of you experienced some cooling system leaks after changing to G30 or similar non 2-EHA OAT coolants?
Does it form a waxy coating on metal surfaces, like 2-EHA OATs do?
