Anyone take Airborne?

Lot of people I know swear by it. I've taken it several times, and while it's hard to prove if it really is working, it does seem to be doing something. I'm not usually a fan of these type of products.

I think Airborne and Coldeaze (sp?) really help with all the crud my kids bring home from the virus facto.....er.....schools. If I feel something coming on - and I take those two, maybe it's just coincidence but the outcome is no cold. Green tea, a little exercise and I haven't had a cold for years.

Impressive. I've had similar experiences with it. A few times I have felt like I was coming down with a cold, I took it and never came down with anything. Like you said, it could be coincidence.

My parents got some last winter, and when I felt something coming on, I took it. It definitely helped me to ride out the symptoms, as compared to not taking anything, but seemed similar to my normal regimen for feeling sick, which includes echinacea, vitamin C, zinc and raw garlic.

Seems to be a good thing to take just in case, when there is word of stuff going around. Seems to work...

On the flip side - I've tried straight echinacea years ago - and that did nothing (and I got some mysterious joint pain).

I believe I get a benefit from the Coldeaze. I am extremely vulnerable to respiratory problems and infections and think I have fewer of them when I take it proactively.

The one time I tried Echinacea it made me sneeze violently, possibly because it is related to ragweed, which I am allergic to.

It is NOT an oil

I do take it when somebody close to me gets sick, and it definetly helps.
