Any Sushi fans?

My what? soon-to-be ex father-in-law sprung for about$700 worth of sushi for us a few years back at the Ganko in Kyoto. Much raw formerly living stuff was consumed. I'm not eating any uni, but I like hamachi and unagi.

OK, now I'm craving sushi and it's only been 2 weeks since I last had some. (After re-reading that sentence, it sounds like I'm in a 12 step program!)
