Any Info on Pacific Mfg Co (PMC) Filters?

I mistakenly bought these, PMC PO4513, on ebay instead of the mazda PY8W-14-302. I was careless and didn't pay attention to the entire description and ignored thumbnail... Doh! But since I have these, I've been trying to find out more info before trying to return them. Wasn't able to find anything substantial online. 1wpe for comparison

Here it is, in all it's glory. Couldn't resist hacking it open. I don't have any tools for precise measurements so you'll have to make do with my survey tape.

counted 71 pleats, filter media roughly 0.15'x4.88'

looks alright to my untrained eye. hopefully someone with a sharper eye can point out anything of interest. i'll run with it for now with a shorter change interval
