The oil is between the line and the outside sheath. We are getting it fixed Monday, hopefully before it bursts.

Click to expand... No, but if the bubble bursts, it would be a very slow drip. There is a small amount of fluid leaking past the crimp.

Yes, and some campgrounds will fine you if oil drips on their concrete. The bubble hasn't grown in a week, so I'm not too worried.
