I need to repack the gearbox in a KitchenAid mixer soon, I'm noticing the factory lubricant is leaking from the mixer planetary and the body is getting warm when I use it. Whirlpool used a clay-based grease to get the mixers off the factory line and they do recommend repacking as part of routine service. It needs to be food-safe grease.
Amazon has Ultra-Lube Food Machinery grease, seems to work well, bio-based "synthetic":

Zoro has a Mobil NSF H1 certified grease:

The main differences is that the Ultra-Lube is a bio-based grease and the Mobil one is conventional mineral-based and has a thicker base oil(ISO40 vs. ISO220). Should I just get the grease off Amazon and call it a day when it arrives?

I just looked at it - looks like some are using Tri-Flow or Amsoil grease, but I tend to avoid Tri-Flow based on my experiences with it on bikes.
The KitchenAid mixer motor/gearbox does remind me strikingly of a Chamberlain/Lift-Master chain/belt drive garage door opener, doubt grease will migrate into the motor from the gearbox.
A lot of people I have seen use Ultra Lube, I went with KA grease. It was like $20 and it's food grade and also gives me some peace of mind, nothing else

Put a dab of MMO in it, and maybe consider installing a remote oil filter on it, too.

When I did mine, I never thought to look into "food safe" since it doesn't leak, anyway. I used a moly grease with about 1/4tsp of STP.

It would be nice dedicated foot grade grease. Since everything is under enclosure I would go to low cost low fortified grease. I assume that you already have something similar at home.
I living in Europe and I already have at home Total Ceran XM220 – Calcium sulfonate grease. Most Ca sulfonates greases are almost free of additives and many are food grade certied.

Advantage is that is silicone based – friendly for plastic bearing or gears.
Turned out I had some NSF-H1 certified grease on hand - Loctite's ViperLube, a Ca-complex PAO grease. I used the the whole tube for the gearbox but I ran out. I ended up using M1 grease in the lower planetary, that way if it leaks I don't need to tear the whole mixer down, just the planetary gear if I need to relube it with food-safe grease.
The mixer seems to work as usual. I might have underfilled the gearbox.
