Amsoil SS or Europian in a Mercedes?

I have my 1996 SL320 and once I finish my AutoRX I am going to use either the Amsoil 0W-30 Signature Series or 5W-40 Europian... I am leaning towards the 0W-30 cause I have a lot of it, but want to know what you guys think, and WHY. Thanks!

In Minnesota I would run the 0W-30 in the winter and 5W-40 in the summer.
