OLM at 5%. Fram Ultra Cartridge filter. 10 months.

Same oil with Amsoil EaO filter went in.

I had a magnetic drain plug on, when I loosened it it got the magnet stuck to the side of the drain hole. The oil was coming out at a manageable rate so I filled the sample bottle from there. I wonder if this affected the Iron reading at all from the oil flowing over the magnet. It had a little bit of debris stuck on it.

Guess I will have to wait until next time.

As expensive as this combo is, it seems to have done the job with a cushion of reserve. Of course, now we must ask: could the same results have been achieved with something less expensive?
