Amsoil oil or Motul power racing?

Hi..Been using Amsoil 5w 30 sig series in my Supercharged FX..A buddy told me to switch to the Motul power racing 5w 30..
Is there any performance difference or should I just stick to the Amsoil sig series..I am in a very hot climate too.

I'd stick with the Amsoil. They also make a racing 5w30 called Dominator.

Ambient temperature is irrelevant to choice. Your actual o temperature should be determining factor.
