Amsoil EFM vs Ravenol VST

I am due for OC soon. My last OC was with Amsoil EFM. This time I opted for Ravenol VST which I purchased yesterday (5L Qty 4) on Blauparts.
Also got 2L trans. fluid MTF-3 75W to service my 5MT at 50K miles next week.

Eventually will do UOA on both.

I guess picking up amsoil at the warehouse in L.V. is out. Consideration of doing that is a byproduct of living in CT. Good choice on either one.

Ravenol has some pretty impressive approvals (MB 229.5, Porsche A40, VW 502 00, VW505 00, BMW Longlife-01, Renault RN0700, Renault RN0710) !

Yes they do. This will be my first time with it, so we'll see how it goes.

It only has MB229.5, Porsche A40 and Vw 502.00. Renault is nothing special and EFM is listing other specifications as “application.”
