Amsoil AST vs. Stabil

Haven't seen it talked about much. I didn't even know it existed until another thread today.

Any feedback, comments or experience? Based on brand reputation, you'd expect it to be better than Stabil. (but that doesn't mean anything)

I've used it for the past six years in every small engine I have. I blend my 2-cycle mix in a 2.5 gallon gas can and always add 1 oz of the AST. I personally like it better than Stabil.

Use AST in all my small machines year round. Great stuff, but then I have never had an issue in all the years I used Stabil either. Both are really good. I have noticed on the Stabil bottle it has a life of 2 years once the bottle is opened.
